Best Eye Hospital in Karur I have been visiting the hospital for more than 15 years for regular eye checkups each year... Recently I did Cataract Surgery for my father. It's a very smooth process . The Cashless Insurance claim is very fast & I am totally satisfied with it .. The only drawback in cashless is that security deposit money is getting refunded via check mode only. Patients need to visit the bank for the collection. If it's online or UPI then it will be better.

I have been going this hospital for several years now. I do every time I visit India. After my last visit, I felt that I needed to take some time out to write this feedback so that it can be useful to others. I have consulted not just for the regular checks but also for surgery of my relative. What I found admirable was the remarkable consistency of the service....impeccable with every patient, at all the different sequential points for the checkup. The entire staff operate like a well-oiled machinery. The process is so streamlined that it looks like it is automated using some software. The staff are well-behaved and genial. In all these years, I did not see a single staff member yelling or uttering a word in irritation or frustration with any patient. The doctors gave very clear insights into the problem, reasons and also the remediations involved. The service quality is comparable to what we get in Germany...at a fraction of the cost.
