I have been a customer for 3 years and visited many branches, but the service at this one was really disappointing. When I asked about options for my broken frame, the response was blunt and unhelpful. Even when I requested cleaning and servicing – which is supposed to be free for life – the staff reacted very poorly. It felt like they didn’t care just because it was a free service. This branch seriously needs to educate and socialize their team on how to treat customers better. A little support and respect would make a big difference.

I had a very disappointing experience with your customer service. The staff member whose name seemed to start with “tamil” i guess , was extremely unprofessional. He displayed a rude and unwelcoming attitude throughout the interaction. There was no courtesy, no smile, and his demeanor made us feel very uncomfortable. Due to an emergency, my wife had to place an order. I urge the management to either provide proper customer service training to this individual or consider assigning someone more suitable for the role. Customer experience is key, and this fell far below expectations.
