"Customer response is good".. i was mentioned at the time of order in google review.. but within 2 months frame has broken automatically like china product.. But i go and ask the store now, they'll tell me that they can't do anything for replace if you don't have insurance. Waste of money around 6k. Frame cost 3k. Next i visit Titan showroom they will explain light weight frame has easily broken. Please trust Indian company products..
