I recently underwent cataract surgery at Sri Ramachandra eye hospital for my father, and I had a very smooth and satisfying experience. The hospital is well organized, and the entire process was handled efficiently from start to finish. The insurance team was especially helpful, guiding me through the paperwork with ease. The environment is clean and comfortable, and the staff were courteous throughout. I also appreciated that the wait times were quite reasonable. Overall, a highly professional and patient-friendly eye hospital. Would definitelyrecommended

Sri Ramachandra Eye Hospital, a unit of Dr. Agarwal's Eye Hospital, is the worst place to get your eyes tested or operated on. I took my grandma there, and the experience was a nightmare. Despite paying for surgery, there was no improvement in her vision. When we asked about it, they said she would need another surgery—and, of course, we’d have to pay for it. What’s infuriating is that the doctor never informed us about the possibility of needing another surgery beforehand. Instead, they conveniently revealed it afterward, adding to the stress and cost. On top of that, the doctor’s attitude was dismissive and annoying, as if he was doing us a favor. Don’t waste your time and money here. Look for a better, more transparent hospital that genuinely cares about their patients.
