I am writing to inform you of an issue with a recent purchase I made at your store. On Nov 18th 2024, I bought a pair of eyeglasses with a frame and lenses, but unfortunately, I am experiencing some problems with the product. The issues are as follows: Frame Issue: the frame, not fit to lens such as it being loose damaged, or *uncomfortable* Lens Issue: - lens is issue but not fit to Frame , Lens very small so lens come out of frame I would appreciate it if you could assist in resolving this issue. I kindly request a replacement or a refund for the defective product. I have attached the receipt and any other relevant documentation for your reference. I purchased my first glasses here recently. The showroom looked very good. Lot of models and International Brands were also there. I purchased the one made by Titan which was light weight frame. The two optometrist who were there were very kind and helpful. They explained the lens selection in detail. The order process and delivery was done very professional. The showroom well maintained and was clean!
