I had an outstanding experience at Lotus Eye hospital! Didn't expect the same level of patient care as in the USA. Truly outstanding! The doctor gave a thro eye examination, explaining my vision needs, while the nurses were kind/attentive, and made me feel completely at ease. The optical sales representative, with her stunning presence and warm professionalism, made the experience exceptional. Her deep knowledge of vision care, lenses, & frames was impressive—she carefully explained the best lens options for my needs and helped me choose a frame that perfectly enhanced my look. Worst experience, target to sell the lens and frame. I was lenskart customer for the past 4 years. Last time when I visited i have been forced to take lens and frame. I bought Rayban and Carl zeiss lens for 24K not being used because of worst progressive selection or whatever it could be. I had to buy one from lenskart. Second time I visited but target to sell lens only. I stepped out will try some other vendors.

One of the best eye care hospital in Mettupalayam. Staff'sevice very nice. In Opticals side prompt service and proper response is appreciable.Totally overall very Good service
