I would like to narrate my inconvenience experienced here, for a appointment booking, after the receptionist refusal for telephone booking and subsequent UPI payment, I had to take a day leave just for a token. This incident was quite surprising for me. Will the administration take measure for a telephone appointment and UPI payment system.

Doctor is very polite and good but the lady staff in optical section is very rude , she doesn't care about our words , yells at us , doesn't respect us.. behaves like she is the owner of that clinic... Tbh.. because of her i don't wish to go to that clinic.

Though i visited here for minor eye prblems and gets cured... the lifesaver moment was occured when i got viral infection in my right eye. Retina was filled with fuss liquid and i almost lost vision. But Dr. Pravin Thomson sir treated me in such a keen way, gave hope and brought back my eyes to its normal form. I Always owe great to him ❤❤❤

Though waiting to see Doctor is tiresome, the treatment given is very good. Doctor takes time to examine and explains the ailment and the medicine to apply. He explains and clears the doubts.The nurses are also kind and helpful.

Such a bad experience. Not eligible for 1 star also. Such a rude staff working there(in optical store and front office). But the doctor approach are very pleasing .

The staffs are not giving attention to Patient's needs and are very irresponsible. Bad experience with the staffs but the approach of doctors are very pleasing .
