Myself and my family have been purchasing spectales and shades since the store opened few years back.They have a wide range of high end brands and will also get you the particular model you want from a brand. The owner has excellent knowledge about spectacles and lenses. Good customer service too.

Mediocre service. The technician completely got my eyesight number wrong. After opting for Zeiss lens and nearly spending 5k, the glasses were of waste. I had constant headaches and couldn't wear the glasses for more than 2 minutes. I got a second opinion from an optometrist in Mumbai for confirmation of my eyesight. When raising this issue, the lady said my eyes will get adapted to the wrong eyesight number. Please provide better service to your customers.
