Titan Eye+ at Salem Road, Namakkal

Worst employee service. I bought a spectacles n used for two months and then gave service. Usually Titan eye+ has service person at same store it self. But here they told specs has to send to Salem. So I gave to them and it took 1 week for just nose pad alignment. While receiving I checked his nose pad alignment only and took specs. After I didn’t used that one for some months and came out of country, now took that specs to use n noticed the screw is missing which connects the glass. I believed Titan brands usually give superb service so I didn’t check completely. Now am out of country and not able to use that specs. Only because of worst employee service from Titan eye+ Namakkal. I believed Titan brand which normally have service person at same store and do immediately. In this store they took 1 week and not did proper service. While buying time also there service was very worst not people who working are not from the same industry. Not having knowledge about products except one person. Actually this is extend store for Titan eye + Salem. Don’t having good collection and proper service which actual Titan provides.

Have been shopping with Titan Eyeplus for all the spectacle needs of my family for the past 7 years and it was very comfortable. This time it was at Namakkal and the staff there were very cordial and help select the right specs and get the right kind of glasses fitted. Appreciate the service rendered by all the staff in the store at Namakkal.

No service person available. Even for a small screw they have to send it to salem. I am having power of -4 and how can I be without specs for a day. I have been a customer of titan for the last ten years and it is really bad for not having a service person in showroom. Hereafter, I am not going to get my future glasses here in namakkal.

Staffs have explained very well about the products and they guided properly on the usage to avoid mishandling. Overall superb experience and definitely I will recommend to all my friends and relatives.

Today I went to Titan eye+ Near Royal Enfield showroom. It was a good experience which was I got greeted & respected 🤝🤝also from the staffs . I felt they are very knowledgeable,admirable & well experienced people. Keep it up,. 👌👏👏👏
