Dear Gopinath sir I'm getting treatment from your hospital for the past 5 years since COVID times but your hospital reputation is gradually degrading due to the nurses and new doctors.. I always felt blessed to take eye care treatment from Gopinath sir guidance which made me confident about my eye health but last two times when I go to the hospital new lady doctor was taking the treatment her way of handling the patients are very rude.. she never listens to my problems and always blaming about the body health conditions rather giving proper solutions and guidance I still don't believe how they recruited such doctor who has no behavioural ethics at all.. and the nurses here are not nurses at all they are just a angry employees who showed their frustration towards patients and no nurse asked me what's the problem what should to do when I approach them and ask for doubts they always gave answers with one word or angry at me without any reason they are doing it for all the patients including old people.. (it's so crowded hospital so recruit more nurses who can handle the patients softly and has more mental strength not someone who's showing their own life frustration towards patients) I still don't know how these people became doctors and nurses who can't just approach the patients and take care of them politely didn't they study any doctor - patients relationship and behavioural ethics in medical courses? Dear Gopinath sir if you are seeing this review kindly recruit good nurses and doctors to maintain your hospital standard or else teach them how to behave with patients nowadays I felt hesitate to visit hospital because of them Thank you
