Sabari Eye Hospital and Retina Center

I was experienced retina flashes in right eye. Dr Prasanna suggested to Laser procedure to both eyes. After completing laser still flashes not stopped also my long vision is blurry. Before laser my vision was very good. Now I am wearing spectacles by suggested other Dr. I will not recommend this hospital. Still have headache at right side.

The services of Sabhari Eye hospital and Retina centre are awesome.Dr KalaiSelvi and Nursibg staff are helped a lot. The order placed at eyeglass sales centre attached to the hospital was given on time. However a lady staff attached to the eyeglass centre asked me to sit outside the centre as I am disturbing her work in a rough voice. Alas ! Treating the patients and customers needs little politeness which was not learned by few.

The power is not accurate.. More than 0.5 difference noticed while checkjng with other.. Waste of time and money.

The experience with hospital is not very good. I got the eye tested. Then ordered for progressive lens and paid advance of Rs 1000. When I went to collect the specs the specs was not right and could not see properly, my old specs was better. Both short and long sight was blur. So I asked to check the spectacles and my sight. They changed some numbers of my specs and told after few days will call back once specs is ready. Its one month no call back received.

Not a good hospital. I checked couple more hospitals, eye power shows different here comparing to others two. And, to the worst, the spectacles they gave was not usable, they changed the power. I spent 5000 Rs for it, but, I couldn't use at all. I complained them, but, they gave the same glass just after grinding the border. I don't know how the power of the glass will change by grinding the border. Pathetic. I am running my days by using the 100 Rs temporary spectacles only as I cannot spend another 5000 Rs or more for another glass.

Worst experience ever in my life time. Rude staffs. Yesterday i went there for the eye treatment. They have charged ₹250 before itself. Then they took me for different tests there. Finally to the lady doctor. Since my eyes got infected, i was having severe headache. They asked me to sit infront of the machine in which i have to keep my chin for testing. As soon as i sat that nurse pushed my head with both here hands towards that machine. I said politely " kindly do not push, just tell me, i shall keep " but that lady doctor was shouting at me without having empathy on a patient. Doctor's profession is a noble profession. They should be kind. But they do not know the meaning of it. They think themselves as the master and treating the patients as slaves. Not uttering a single kind word towards the patient. Overall worst experience. Kindly avoid going to this hospital. Rude doctor and staffs. I have reached there around 3.30 pm. No doctos or staffs were available in the hospital. The receptionist said doctor will be available at 4 pm. I was made to wait till 4 pm. After 4.10 no one called me. Then i asked in the reception. Then they were making out. Unprofessional. Worst and rude lady doctors and staffs.

One of the best eye care hospital in Hosur I have ever seen,after searching so many option for my eye check up finally I was decided to visit,Good Team Work, prompt response, excellent professionals,well hygiene & very friendly behaviour, Doctors are very accurate over their job,My special thanks to Mrs Glory who was able to find out the exact glass within a couple of second based upon my age,she was very expertise upon her job & behaved well during the examination Friend I will suggest blindly to visit this with out any confusion, definitely you will be satisfied upon the service Once again Thanks for the Team work & the management as well With Rgds Amaresh
