I recently consulted Dr. Sathyan for a second opinion regarding my cataract and headache diagnosis but found his approach lacking in clarity and guidance. While an expert doctor is expected to provide a detailed explanation of the condition, including the stage of the cataract and the potential consequences of delaying treatment, I felt this information was not adequately conveyed/ addressed. Although leaving the decision of cataract surgery to the patient is understandable, it should be accompanied by a clear understanding of the pros and cons. Additionally, his psychological approach and communication with the patient were not as empathetic or supportive as expected. While he may be a good doctor for some, I believe his guidance fell short of what is needed to make an informed decision about further treatment. Overall not a satisfied diagnosis.

Only for VIP patients not suitable for general public When you charge people equally then why not treat everyone with the same care and respect. Had a very bad experience today at your hospital . VIP patients tend to cut the normal queue that we were waiting for and get treated quickly and we were made to wait till they were sent out if you want me to point out his name I'm ready to do it. Not sure if your top management knows this but one of the guys who came with the VIP was offering to help your staff for providing them good service and that was shocking to see in a private hospital.

Overall very very good bcaz if any problem facing in eyes sathyan eye 👁️ care is one of the best and truestable place for us and all. All staffs are Very good to takecare patients.
