Titan Eye+ at Trichy Road, Coimbatore

It all started with a routine eye checkup and figured out that the spectacles i was using had right and left power swapped by design. Went for multiple eye checkups at Coimbatore and Bangalore. Finally results were not satisfying. My usual spot is Titan at Avinashi road but it was going through renovation. Hence visited Titan @ Olymbus. Christopher was extremely patient and spent almost an hour educating me on my correct eye power and why there were variations during various tests. We tested everything until I was completely satisfied. Came back after a week, Premkumar was so patient in showing different options from the collections , trying them out, down selecting to three and finally narrowing down to one. Finally picked a new pair of glasses, promptly received a call once the glasses were ready and got it delivered in 3 days. My family loves the new glasses, thanks once again to Premkumar for selecting an awesome one. Overall fantastic experience, friendly staffs. Highly recommended!!! Thanks, Vijay Marimuthu

If you are looking out for a "so called branded" spectacles your search ends here. The collections are pretty decent, not more at the same time definitely not less. As many brands offer a free testing even Titan offers a free in-depth eye test which is appreciated a lot. I recently bought a Titan Frame with Titan Progressive lenses. The quality of the frame is good and sturdy. The lenses' quality also good with the Titan logo engraved in the lenses (but not seen very easily). Price I've not compared with other competitive brands. Will surely update after doing it. Staffs are very friendly and polite enough to answer all the silly questions I had. The delivery time (3-day-time) was also decent. Before I left the place I recieved the invoice, prescription and vouchers in my mailbox and SMS. Overall a good experience and Highly Recommended! Good place and customer oriented staffs. They did service for my daughter's glasses free of cost even though i didn't buy it from them. Highly recommended. Found prices to be very much affordable. Special thanks to Mr. Samad for the quick work.

Execllent Service and staff!! We were impressed how polite entire staff is. We visited the store to change my power glasses to make it as sun glasses, Mr. Sudeesh explained us what type of lenses are best and unbreakable. He even fixed/tightened my existing sunglasses frame for free. He is very knowledgeable and honest. Highly recommended.

Nice showroom. But doesn't have a lot of eyeglasses to choose from. Overall a good place.
