I suggest this hospital primarily (5 star rating) for Dr. Murali and the excellent team of optometrists and staff. However,The management should pay closer attention to improving payment convenience, especially for patients using insurance, and streamline the refund process to ensure better customer satisfaction. Additionally, the hospital must focus on ensuring better punctuality and avoiding unnecessary delays in surgery schedules.
