Just they want to sale the product... The staff who is working in this location... Don't have patience to explain the customer... "While doing service if the frame got broken we are not responsible"... I'm giving for service they are telling it ll be broken... If the service went wrong the company has to take the responsibility right? How come a customer will take? Either titan product or ur service center not good

Don't waste your money here. They provide low quality lenses for a very high price. They trick you into buying expensive lenses mentioning all gimmicky features which are total bullshit. Their after sale service is also poor. They don't help us claim the warranty as well. You can get better quality lenses for one third or one fourth the price in other local shops.

Happy to purchase in Titan Eye Plus. Gave me an excellent service. Staffs are good and very affordable to buy . Highly recommend to purchase here.

I purchased a fast-track frame a month ago, and it's been disappointing. They replaced it once with the same model, but all frames had poor alignment. Despite the high cost, the quality is very poor. I wouldn't recommend buying glasses from Titan
