Dr. A. Govindarajan Eye Hospital

Very poorly managed, highgly greedy hospital, admitted my mother for eye operation, very worst process they follow to handle patients. They treat the parients as elementry school students. Operation was finished with in 10 minutes but they made us to wait 2 days to visit the doctor. Highly irresponsible doctor who makes the patients to wait longer period. Staffs have lethargic attitudes. Got horrible experience. Dont ever choose this hospital for eye operation, unprofessional hospital.

Visited this hospital today.... Very bad experience.... The lady staffs are very rude to the patients... Especially a lady staff in the eye checkup room very rude when asking the letters... She is working as a nurse but she shows attitude like a doctor... If you have a idea to visit this hospital... Better you avoid.... When I'm asked the other patients they had also experienced the same.... All the nurses here are not supposed to be here, they are supposed to be a collector for each district... Their bad time they are all working here...

Unfortunately, the lady Retina doctor is a business minded rather than curing the patient. She suggested a laser treatment needed as she noticed a hole in the Retina. When we consulted an other ophthalmologist of Joseph hospital for a second opinion, the eye diagnosis result was absolutely normal. Only eye drops was given as medication. Hence we lost faith in Govindrajan Hospital. The patient is my father, who is 82 years old.

The chief doctor was very kind and attending Over all service was good All the nursing service is good Rooms are also affordable I usually don't have such good experience with hospitals but this was an exemption.

Nothing is properly organised.. Nobody knows when the next thing will happen.. Going for an eye treatment is already stressful and this unorganised and delayed approach makes it more stressful.. Better look out for a better hospital..

Had my cataract surgery done. Very happy with the surgeon Dr.Kumararaj and the nursing staff for the care given
