After my appointment with the doctor, a hospital staff member came and took my phone. They asked me about my experience, and I told them both the good and the negative parts. I said to give 2 stars, and they agreed. But later, I found out they actually gave 5 stars without my knowledge. When I got home, I told my daughter everything. She checked my phone, and that's when we realized the review was changed. She then updated it. They also posted a fake review using my wife's phone. All the reviews are fake because they do this to many people
