I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding care and service provided during my recent visit to your hospital. From the moment I arrived, the staff was courteous, professional, and attentive to all my needs. The doctors and nurses demonstrated exceptional knowledge and compassion, making me feel safe and well cared for throughout my treatment. The cleanliness of the facilities, the efficiency of the administrative process, and the warm, respectful approach of every team member contributed to a truly positive experience. I am grateful for the high standard of care and would confidently recommend your hospital to others. Thank you once again for your dedication to patient well-being.

I am coming from Kerala. Only patient is allow to enter in free section area, accompanied person is not allowed to enter in free section area. Most of the patients are above 60 years. So the accompanying person want to know the patient exact medical details from the doctor. But here it is not allowed. And the chair placed outside section is very low. Most of person are standing... Fifty percentage chair are placed in open area so in mid noon time it is very difficult to sit there.

Hospital with good doctors and advanced instruments to treat patients. Unfortunately plagued with miss management at day to day operations levels. After 2 PM you will see irritability in the staff's faces, showing no willingness to help patients. Toilets are not cleaned in a timely manner for the foot traffic they are handling every day. The canteen outdoors is good, but congested. We faced lots of uncomfortable encounters during our visits, but if I think about them it all comes down to staff not willing to put themselves in the patients shoes. Most of the patients are over 50's, with lots of other health issues, having diabetes, poor vision, knee pains, and so on. Why do the staff expect them to Walk up to themselves when you shout their names. Why do you expect them to walk between cabins. Even with bystanders with them you can't make them walk fast up to the cabins. I don't see a single bright marking on potential hazards or corners, bumps, doors, lifts, stairs, toilets and so on. If you have 40% patients walking in with poor vision, how will they navigate on premises. A simple bright yellow/black tapes on these areas will definitely help these patients. Someone from the management should take a blind walk throughout the campus to see how poor the infrastructure is planned. We have visited a couple of hospitals in kerala handling such crowds as aravind, and they were able to manage them efficiently. If Aravind doesn't take care of the operations, soon they will lose market share to other hospitals like aggarwal.

The eye care treatment is excellent, but the long wait times are frustrating. The canteen's food is sold at market prices, but the service is poor, with meals served on oil-stained plates without a plantain leaf, making for a disappointing experience.

All the nurses working in the hospital are working with irritation and we request the management to look into this and fix it. They don't understand the mood of the patients and work with irritation. Ask anyone in the hospital and you will know this. We request the management to investigate and correct this. This hospital would be more special if the nurses would politely respond to patients from outside. Insurance details person also We went at 9:00 in the morning but the nurse called us at 3 and told us that you will be scanned tomorrow and come back. They only did a 10 minute test on us and we waited for six hours. They ask us to come back again and again as we are travelers from out of town. If you think that it is hospital-based medical delinquency, we can prove that it is not the case and only after we review it we point out small errors and we say that it will benefit other patients as well.

I appreciate your queue and process flow on patient. But the order were misplaced and reschedule by your staffa. Which create disturbance and anger. In near future it may create a reduction of patient visit to arvind. It's nearly waste for me from 10.45 to 4.00 pm. I leave the hospital because they told me I am 4 th person from 2.00 pm to 4.00 pm , it's nonsense. Even you have a better technology but worst staffs.
