I recently underwent Supracore LASIK surgery by Dr. Lional Raj sir. During the surgery Dr.Lional sir gave the instructions clearly and the surgery was done within few minutes.Almost My vision is clear without Spectacles.Thankyou for your Good service sir.

I had cataract surgery on his left eye (Femto+Vivity Lens) on 13.08.2024 and I have a feeling of irritation/ uneasy/ discomfort from the day 1/ 2(surgery date). Doctor on-duty on 13.08.2024 (post operation)and when we call Agarwal Eye Hospital now and then until 22.08.2024 the Agarwal hospital told that it will be alright in a week or two from the surgery date. When I asked Agarwal Hospital to have an appointment with Doctor Lionalraj (who has done the surgery) on 23.08.2024 during my first review to discuss about the problem, I was told that the appointment date will be during October 2024, we are greatly disappointed and annoyed of that response from Agarwal Eye Hospital Tirunelveli. Anyway, I was told to meet Doctor Rani Lakshmi on 23.08.2024, I met her on 23.08.2024 and I told her about his operated eye condition and She checked my eye thoroughly and and told that this may be due to drye eye and prescribed Trehalube eye drops and I use this as the fourth drops along with the other dree drops but no improvement until now 26.08.2024. I called Agarwal Eye Hospital on 26.08.2024 to talk with Doctor Rani Lakshmi, I was told that the said Doctor is in leave and tomorrow also you can't meet her because she will be in operation theatre and then when I asked to meet Doctor Lionalraj and my call was directed to The Manager Mr. Eben and he told me that he will contact me with solution. Awaiting his call. Let the management takes this mattar as a vital one and do the needful. I was receiving a number of calls voluntarily from Agarwal Eye Hospital until I do Surgery (hospital was paid app.Rs.180000 through me for surgery on my left eye), after Surgery no voluntary calls from Agarwal Eye Hospital Tirunelveli. My mother underwent cataract surgery in July 2024 here. The hospital has excellent and well maintained facilities, and very competent and caring staff at all levels. Starting from correct diagnosis, appropriate line of treatment, preparation for surgery, post-operative care, coordination with insurance TPA, housekeeping and sanitation, and canteen services, the entire group of hospital staff and doctors were sincere to their roles and very responsive to our requests, under the leadership and guidance of Dr. Lional Raj. The hospital was transparent about the surgery costs, which were also quite reasonable. Due to Dr. Lional Raj's accurate diagnosis and reassuring approach to treatment, my mother was very content and satisfied, and felt completely at ease during her entire stay at the hospital. Special words of appreciation and thanks to Ms. Mariselvi for overall coordination of all aspects during our stay, Dr. Pavithra and Ms. Kavitha for ensuring timely appointments with Dr. Lionel Raj and checking on my mother regularly to ensure everything was comfortable, and Ms. Chithra for seamlessly coordinating with insurance TPA. Overall, we highly recommend Dr. Agarwals Hospital Tirunelveli for everything related to opthalmology. It is very rare to come across a hospital which truly places patient care and wellbeing ahead of money and profits, and Dr. Agarwals Hospital Tirunelveli is certainly one such place!
