I recently had a fantastic shopping experience at a optical store ( Sight and Style ) that caters to men , women and kids. The customer service was exceptional ,with friendly and knowledgeable store manager (Mrs.Sumithra) who went out of their way to assist. The store offers a diverse range of frames options for my wife and daughter , ensuring a wide variety of styles to suit everyone's preferences. The selection was impressive,featuring stylish and on-trend. The combination of a diverse selection and attentive store manager made my shopping experience enjoyable and undoubtedly earns this store a top recommendation.

Very good customer care. This is the first optical center where they have asked me to sit and provided water. Then they asked about the budget and they itself bring the best model to our desk and ask us to try the frame. My old frame got broken and lens was nice so they opted to only replace the frame. Within 30 mins they provided me the spectacle . They accept UPI and card payments

It’s my honest review. I have been a customer with Sight and Style Optics since it’s started in Tirunelveli. Generally I look for quality and service. I personally feel I get the both whenever I get into this optics store. The employees are very professional, kind and smily to keep the customer very comfortable in choosing the frames and lens within their budget range. One good thing I see here is the range of international brand like Gucci, Hugo boss, ray bond..etc..I purchased Oakley American brand with lens. It’s worth money. I’m totally satisfied.

I am a customer of Sight and Style Optics,Palayamkottai since it's inception here. Manager Sumithra and her dedicated staff always go the extra mile in selecting the perfect lenses and frame. They are so professional, patient and helpful.The selection is very good and it caters to all the preferences and budget.Though I have lived in Canada for many years,I can assure you that the service I received here far surpasses the service abroad! Very worst experience at all.I bought specs from sight & style opticals,they interchanged the power and axis of two lens. I visited the lenses shop (Sight&Style)today(22/4/2021) as they replied my review comments ,asking me to come up, so they can rectify the error they committed, to my surprise when spoke to the staff ,she was on the platform to convince me, but I did not budge, so as they have now said, they would do, but need to have the consent of their H. O. I don't see any transparency in their attitude as they have not mentioned any date of delivery nor what was their action plan over my issue, everything seems to be very Indefinite and no one seems to have an authority to stay on the customer side. It's so pathetic down line nothing seems to be organized. (27/04/2021) Yet I have't got any reply from their side. (16/08/2021) I'm really disappointed with these people ,I don't know what they are thinking and doing. playing with customers eyes 👀 I'm sure you are money minded 🤑. giving sweet in their speech while buying new one but they are not ready to accept their mistake and recorrection😬had never seen such a hypocrisy people's.
