The doctors at Agarwal Eye Hospital , Tirupur explained everything very clearly and patiently. The ambience was very pleasant, creating a comfortable environment. Too much time taken for eye testing. Spectacles ordered confirmed delivery within 3 days. After 5 days spectacles not received.

Called at 8:45 AM and was told to come by 9 to avoid a crowd and see the doctor by 9:30. Got there, no crowd, no doctor until 10. If you know the doctor isn’t coming until 10, why make patients waste their time early in the morning? Glad I got ideal time to write this review, crazy!

The worst service and staff response. Not able to receive a response even with phone inquiries. The sole concern is money, although they may charge for response in the future. Staff are overburdened with patient care, and the service is slow and unsatisfactory.
