I had a wonderful experience here! The staff, especially Gowthami mam, were incredibly polite, kind, and attentive. Her customer service was exceptional, making the entire process smooth and enjoyable. The frame collections were impressive with a lot of great options to choose from, and the quality of the products was excellent.

Very bad experience in Thiruvannamalai lenskart, they didn't respond well. I have ordered cooling glass they provide a very mild one. It didn't even turn black in sunlight. They scam us after spectacles selection like, it's out of stock you need to pay an extra amount for this one like that. Through customer care, landline or a number provided by Google they didn't even pick the call. Once you enter they do whatever they want to loot money from you. Private opticals are far better.

Customer service was at its peak. Thanks to the people with warmness which makes us feel at home and comfortable.
