I was visited titan show room. It's really good, they provide good service. kind and friendly employers. They have more collections with best quality of both glasses and watches.

I went to replace old glass due to scratch they replaced new one but they are not return my old glass i asked before replaceing new glass I need old glass.... staff are too much requesting (pressuring custamer)to keep as a sample for the old glass I am wondering that much big show room no sample how they are doing testing? I dought may be they sale other custamer bad management's I told tham to show my glass but they are not shown...

This is Arshath.A, 7 day's before i order spects & contact lens in emergency purposes because I need to go abroad but still i didn't get my order. Make sure please note my problem from management do favour to me As soon as possible. Because i don't have time! Thank you.

Quality products, Good service is their main key.. Service was awesome, the staffs are very polite and help us to find the lovable frames, they have indepth Knowledge about the product, quality, design and durability.Optometric staffs are also very caring and give me advices about the do and don'ts.. Worst service and experience ... Bought a specs in Jan ..they sweet talk till I paid for specs ..within my 2 months nose pad of specs got detached and I went in person there for replacement no response .. they said that due to pandemic we couldn't order .. I've waited for like 5 months still .. ive called multiple times .. Yestrday I went to titan Vellore showroom and reported .. and they promised to get me in 1week .. wished tat I've gone sooner to Vellore .. I've faced so much difficulty without specs and all these for nothing .. Customer service is not appreciable All we want is a timely service for our need and they made us wait for nothing

Collections are good, but, the technicians there are not well trained. First, they gave the specs after 20 days of order, second they changed the power of lens, I gave it back, then they gave me glasses with correct lens but the glasses were not fitted properly. Very exhausted roaming to their shop daily.

Swag!!!... Yes I got my new spec form Titan eye plus.. just now ..... It's pretty good... Nice... And I'm extremely happy with the service.... My spc around 5.3k .... It's worth for that...... I'm going to buy another one... I felt vry gud in eye testing.. so confmt... I'm very impressed while eye testing... Thanks to nadhini i think she name is...

Being a happy customer I like to share my views about the way they treat their customers..specs, lens, watches are really good to check out here.. I have bought a specs 1 year before. .Now I can use my lap for 24/7 without any hesitation it feels good really.. Guys if u have any idea to buy watches, specs kindly checkout here..
