A R Speciality Hospital

This is my 3rd year visiting AR speciality eye hospital. The doctors and staff's are very amazing. They do a detailed check up and explain so well about the problems we have and the procedure that is going to be followed. The staff out here are very friendly and hospitality is unbeatable. Each passing year they have graced so well. Almost 6 people in my family have consulted here and all of us share the same experience. My mother in law recently got her cataract surgery done here and I must say it was so systematic and seamless. The lens details were explained so well to a lay man that shows the passion towards their work and also making the patient comfortable with his or her procedure. Thank you for this beautiful experience.

One of the best eye hospital. Very friendly staff. Took my grandmother for cataract surgery. It went on smoothly.Dr.Mabrooka was a blessing to us. She was very patient and she explained everything about the surgery in the simple way. thanks to eye staff for assisting my grandmother during and after the surgery. Overall it was a great experience 👍

Today I and my father visited AR Speciality Hospital. We came from Ambur. My dad was suffering from severe ear pain and when we visited the hospital they denied us. The didn't gave us appointment. To be honest the staffs are really worst. The don't obey the patients and they don't give a proper response. They are literally more than worst. This is the way the Dr and the staffs response. Why do they need a Hospital when they can't give a treatment to a suffering patient. I'm literally disappointed by the staff members. This is the way you treat a patient by just denying. By telling can't give the treatment today come tomorrow. So it doesn't matter for you people's the pain of the patient. I haven't seen such a hospital like this VERY VERY WORST. We come from our place to get a good treatment but the way you treat a patient is really bad. Patients care is must for a Dr but what if the Dr (Tanveer) itself deny to give a treatment. I'm so much disappointed and I really don't suggest this hospital and Dr Tanveer to be visited. Because what happened with my father today should not be done with other patients. Zero stars for the STAFF MEMBERS and the A R SPECIALITY HOSPITAL.

Today my dad went to A R Hospital, Vaniyambadi. He was suffering from severe ear pain, the pain was not bearable still he travelled to that hospital from nearby town. But what those people did is, they said the treatment can't be done. There was only 15 tokens and they were not allowing my dad for consulting Dr Tanveer. The receptionist were very rude even the Dr Tanveer didn't accepted for the treatment. This what is known is as hospital and doctor. Literally I haven't seen a Dr and hospital like this. No Dr refuse a patient when they are in need. Dr's are known to be god who saves a person's life. But here it's totally opposite. We requested them that we'll wait until the last patient goes, but they didn't accepted that too. They just asked us to leave. This is how they treat a patient who comes with trust that they'll get cured after getting the treatment. This is literally dis appointing😤 and what they did with my dad was really not good, who visited that hospital and Dr Tanveer for no use. What happened with us should not be done with other's. I never recommend this Dr as well as the hospital. Zero stars for this hospital.

Have visited AR SPECIALITY HOSPITAL for my eye check up. The staffs are so polite. The pharmacist is good I must say they explain everything in a good polite manner and the doctor is experienced. Will surely refer friends and family. Thank you

Dr. Tanveer Excellent in treatments. No doubt. Need to improve time management at appointments. Audiogram appointment We’re given for 14:00hrs. When available at hospital the technician is not available, at 14:45 technician came. 14:55 laptop not available and arranged. 15:00 laptop connector not connecting. When asking station nurses this is hospital it will be like that, you have to wait. We had too commitments but we thought it will be done within 14:00 - 15:00 hrs max. But until 15:50hrs. Not done. Request to maintain appointment times. Thank you Nadeem Ahmad

Great experience as a first timer. I barely waited to be helped when I checked in. The staff and Doctors Dr. Mabrooka and Dr. Tanveer were all very friendly and helpful. I especially loved how Dr. Mabrooka really took her time to explain my conditions with me as well as my treatment options. I had a great visit and the doctor’s demeanor has really put me at ease so I highly recommend this hospital.
