Aruna Eye Hospital, Aruna Opticals

Very worst hospital. Doctor fees is very high and prescribing unwanted medicine for more than 500 rupees which is not related to my treatment. And even opticals they are forcing to buy inside hospital itself which the prices are very high. If I enquired the same opticals price outside the price is half from that hospital. They are fully money minded.Better go to other eye hospital . I won't give one star also but there is no option for zero star rating

Worst service doctor doesnt know how to speak to patients...Its customers wish to buy spectacles outside but he started shouting that u must buy spectacles too here....how can he compul me to buy here..just for a general checkup he prescribed medicines worth 750(Multivitamins and drops).... Very much disappointed will never vist the hospital anymore and will tell all my family members and friends not to go there....massive comparison was done with other hospital.....first of all people will expect courtesy.....as a doctor he was not wearing Surgical mask...he was wearing a loose mask....worst experience...

Staffs are user-friendly. Service is good. Doctor is excellent. Waiting time is less. Nominal fees.

Very bad fees is very high for appointment 250 rs and remove foreign body 200 rs dont choose it keep away from this hospital

1. Not at all listening the complaints clearly(What exactly I'm going through). 2. Doctor itself perceived approximately and given some medications which doesn't help me at all.

This is the best hospital I've been to and the doctor Dr. Sreenivasulu is amazing. Lovely staff.
