Lenskart.com at Green Circle Vellore

I should have given zero star for the poor customer service .We reach the shop @6 pm. One girl was busy with the customer The other girl was sitting in the chair waiting for the other girl to finish..We thought somebody will come. Once the customer left both the girls left the shop for tea break Other two staff, one were busy with system and other roaming.They even not asked us for any help Disgusting customer service with green circle lenskart, vellore

Customer service was good, i find the frame price was pricey and they provide the exchange of frame within 7days. The brand John Jacob's which they selling was reowned brand. To my experience compared to lenskart, Lawrence and mayo was damn good. And the add on of the glass blue screen protection, sunshade everything comes with a different price and it nearly comes to other frame price. Even if all the frame goes under buy1 and get1 offer. Overall it's ok
