behaviour of staff members are not upto mark which hurts, Although doctors are very sincere and good working with excellent treatment sence and nature. ,in short training to behave with visitors are dissgusting by security personals and all lower staffs aswell, very disappointing, .. Subject to reconstruct.

Very very bad administration specially security. Securities are rude, disrespectful and uneducated.They will misguide someone. We have private appointment and there is clear instruction to go to 41(reception) in appointment slip.We requested security to go to 41. But security forced to wait about 2 hours in row near MRO, then MRO told you should went to 41 without waiting. The service of CMC is so good and service of Schell is too bad. Also the staffs should learn manners.

Patients are treated with utter disrespect. People with appointments are made to wait for hours while ones with recommendations are sent before the queue. Attenders make their own rules and are rude. Billing counters take forever. Better go to some place else with some empathy to patients.

Very good eye hospital specially for kids under CMC hospital management. I had an excellent experience of good treatment here for my vision problem as a bonus during my last visit at CMC hospital for kidney problems. They took long time for proper check, you should keep patience. They don't compromise on quality. I strongly recommend.

There is no doubt that CMC is excellent for medical treatments. Well we were highly disappointed by the way Dr. Surekha R handles kids. she may be intelligent but totally unfit for pediatrics and doesn't know how to handle kids.

Kindly do not make new charts on each visit as this can affect the continuity of your treatment.

The doctor is not sure of diagnosis, called cardiologist referrals and specific written questions to cardiologist, which he didn't answer. She is in limbo. Only my private personal physician answered questions. Ophthalmologist now wrote more heart tests, now it's impossible to get appointments with cmc cardiologist again. Just Friday I saw the cardiologist. Saturday the eye doctor wanted me to cardiologist Monday again. Nurses are bad at eye hospital. They take your money, but don't know and can't do the job. Long lines, bad staff, including doctors. I am a physician in vellore. Go to Aravind eye hospital in madurai, Tamil Nadu.

It's a good hospital with good staff and good Doctors 😊Gud experience of 2 years staying there...All the people working there will maximum try their best to give to the patients 🤗
