Very professionally explained about the spectacles and lens by the both the staffs. I felt comfortable. The male staff tested my eye very patiently. I was very satisfied by their service. Never seen anywhere such a best service. I bought the spectacles with full satisfaction and clear idea just because of the staffs over there. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!!!

The lady staff here was extremely professional. She was very patient and the best part was she didn't try to upsell or force us to purchase. They also fixed a old unbranded spectacles bought elsewhere. Amazing customer service.

Worst customer service. Got spectacles with the highest model of Titan lens, costing nearly 10k, just a year ago. Despite being taken care of so meticulously, the layers on the lens started peeling off spontaneously. When enquired , the guy in the showroom was so rude and arrogant about it, stating no matter how expensive lenses we get, it is bound to peel off like that; and thats why the company gives a 1 year warranty period. He also had the audacity to say that so many people do come with the same complaint after 1 year of purchase and that such a problem is inevitable. So what ? Titan just expects us to keep buying new spectacles for 10k each for every year ?! Why was it not informed to us when we were buying it then ? Would definitely not recommend to anyone any more ! Complete rip off !
