Dr Kulsum's Fearless Birth Program has helped me overcome my fear of delivery for a first time mom to be! With various exercises including yoga and pranayama , it boosted my confidence and prepared me mentally and physically to go through the pain of labour. It enriched my knowledge on post natal care of myself too. I would definitely recommend it to all the to-be-mommies for a confident and safe delivery.
