Kindly ask Samuel not to ask for reviews , this should be given only after purchase and satisfaction , when I have ordered 2 glasses but received only one and now you are saying it’s always only one frame that you have selected. KINDLY LOOK INTO THIS ISSUE AND FIX ASAP
I recently visited the Lenskart store to repair my glasses. The staff repaired them in minutes, cleaned them, and handed them back looking brand new. They were very responsive and didn’t charge me a penny since I’m a Lenskart Gold member. Excellent service!
Very rude behaviour. As I have faced a scratch issue I my current spectacle. Wanted to buy a new pair. Selected 3 out of which wanted to buy 2 . The person refused to open the lock in the frame.
The worst. the service is very poor. On the entrance door they mentioned' Progressive lenses delivered in one day'. Its false and misleading the customers. I ordered the spectacles almost 2 days..still its showing 'Preparing the order'. The executives are sleepy and not responsive immediately. They can not understand our state language 'telugu'. The worst outlet and not suggestable to visit.
Hey i had visited lenskart tellapur 2 days before and i already received my order and the customer service was excellent by vinod working here at the store and well mannered
The place is really nice and the staff were very friendly and supportive however lenskart never fails to disappoint me. I ordered a special harry potter edition specs but didn't get the matching box and cleaning cloth. But the staff assisted me quite well and lend to give me a good customer experience. Recommended
Collection of frames are good here but the staff behaviour is not acceptable. He just asked us to go n try frames for our kid where he should assist us in selecting. He was only quoting the base price of glasses even after we asking for premium features. His careless attitude will impact the sales in this store for sure.
