We specifically called and asked to be seen by the chief doctor, and were told to come on a particular day and time. We went exactly as advised, confirmed again with the receptionist before booking, and waited nearly 30-40 minutes. But when it was our turn, we were seen by a different doctor, not the chief. This broke our trust. What surprised us more was that the doctor suggested PRK or ICL surgery—which is usually meant for those with high power or thin corneas—whereas my cousin had -5 and -5.5 myopia, and a good corneal thickness. That was the moment we decided not to proceed there. Switching to Envision was the best decision we made. The experience was entirely different—genuine, caring, and medically sound. As a thoughtful touch, the staff even offered a soft drink and a cup embossed with Envision branding after the surgery.
