Don’t choose Aruna Hospital. I trusted the doctor based on friends' recommendations, but my experience was very disappointing. 1. Doctor was unavailable during delivery: The doctor was in America during my delivery and referred us to Ankura Hospital. We faced complications after the C-section. 2. Incomplete second surgery: When we returned to Aruna, the doctor did a second surgery, but it wasn’t done properly. After two months of follow-ups, the wound still didn’t heal. Other doctors said the surgery was incomplete, and now a third surgery is needed. 3. Consultation with Dr. Shankar: The Aruna doctor referred us to Dr. Shankar, a general surgeon, to help with the healing wound. He assured us it would heal, but it didn’t. He didn’t seem very experienced. 4. Ignored Google reviews: I trusted friends’ recommendations and didn’t check Google reviews. Later, I saw many others had similar bad experiences. Please avoid this hospital, especially for serious issues. 5. Doctor is not patient-friendly: Long waiting times made me think the doctor was good, but she wasn’t. She doesn’t listen properly and gets angry at patients. You have to be careful with your words because you don’t know how she’ll react. 6. Lack of accountability: When I asked about the complications, they just said, “We did our best, but we don’t know why this happened.” I’m not sure if you know about this, but the patient has been facing complications for 11 months after surgery and will now undergo a third surgery. This ongoing issue has caused a lot of stress, and there’s still no proper resolution. This whole experience has been stressful, and I strongly advise others to look for better options. I don’t even want to give this hospital a single star, but there’s no option for a negative rating. --- To the Aruna Doctor: I’m extremely disappointed with the care I received under your supervision. You were unavailable during a critical time, and your lack of professionalism has caused unnecessary stress. Instead of offering support, you ignored my concerns and didn’t take responsibility for the issues. Your attitude was far below what any patient should expect from a doctor.

I came for delivery from Bangalore to Hyderabad being Hyderabad my hometown. Day 1 consultation was good .You need to take appointments early in the morning to meet doctor and that to only 20 ppl are allowed in a day for consultation. Suman Gowd is the person who says appointments are fully booked by 7.30am.i wonder how could appointments be booked by half an hour And that guy is very rude he doesn't bother how many times you call them .second is doctor, please don't expect that You are allowed to talk Doctor Aruna she just talks and your noy allowed and least bothered to listen to you. Doctor should give us chance to explain the situation what we are facing. Doctor asked me to come next week for consultation. I tried like calling Suman for the appointment you are allowed to call only 7am -8am aftwr that even if you try number doesn't get connected. I was told appointments are booked and I'm 9th month pregnant I requested receptionist nurse to check if doctor could see me.no use. I REGRET COMING ALL OVER FROM BANGALORE TO HYDERABAD FOR TREATEMEN AND SELECTED WRONG HOSPITAL. If you need more concern care and a doctor who listens patiencly and then this is not a right hospital. If your are not bothered and ok foe everything this might be a good choice. I wish there is a zero i could rate .

Bad HOSPITAL doctor doest care about the patient very unprofessional! The doctor thinks she is god of all it's better too get delivered at home rather reaching out to this particular HOSPITAL. Worst experience very risky to take patient to this hospital rather take to a govt hospital!!

We are grateful to have Dr Aruna as our gynacologist. We have visited many famous hospitals in the locality during initial 5 months, and our experience was pathetic and traumatic at times due to repeated tests and opinions. We have visited Dr Aruna in 9th month of the pregnancy, and from then onwards we felt confident through consultation and guidance. She was harsh in explaining us the right thing to do when we are in dilemma at the time of labor pains, and we humbly respect her concerns which benefitted my wife and our baby health in many ways. We strongly recommend Dr Aruna from the experiences we had, and we will always be thankful for everything that happened in her guidance. Dr Aruna Madam is a great blessing to our society in the present time.

I would have given minus rating if there is such an option. Yesterday I visited Dr Shankar (gen surgeon) in this hospital it’s the worst decision of my life. I have never seen such an Impatient, rude & harsh doctor in my entire life. He doesn’t know how to behave,treat or talk to patients I don’t even know such doctors exist. Worst consultation ever. I don’t recommend it to anyone.

Got good treatment for my wife from Dr.Aruna mam. Satisfied with the service we got

I visited this facility in April 2024, and Dr. Aruna has been speaking really harshly since then. At first, we assumed that was how she behaved. The date of our delivery is June 19, 2024. By the time we reached the ninth month, we were visiting the hospital every Wednesday. She informed me that you had to be admitted to the hospital by the 19th before the delivery date, and that you had to come to the hospital one day early on the 18th to get your blood tested.We followed her instructions. We enquired of Bhargavi after the blood sample collection as to who is taking OPs. We requested to meet once, madam Aruna. Meeting Aruna is not necessary, she stated. without verifying her. We followed her orders and arrived at the hospital by the 19th to give birth. I've put my signature on the C section. My spouse went into the General ward to have her baby's heartbeat examined. Aruna Madam, the duty doctor, and the nurse confirmed the baby's lack of a heartbeat after a short while. They claim that the infant died within the womb. I still have a question though. 1. The reason behind Ms. Bhargavi's refusal to let me see the Aruna doctor. 2. In addition, why is Dr. Aruna unaware of the necessity for me to check before the delivery date? Why she was completely unaware. 3. The reason my wife wasn't accepted the day before. The baby's movements are excellent until the eighteenth night; once they get to the hospital, they may stop. If Aruna examined my wife thoroughly. I'll hold my baby in my arms. Additionally, the personnel lacks education and is genuinely ignorant about how to interact with patients, especially Bhargavi (OP). Go open a hospital if you think you are a doctor. Don't toy with the lives of women. Kindly refrain from returning to the hospital. Please stop if you have plans to visit.
