My dad had his cataract surgery here recently (in June). From the consulting phase to the surgery and post-surgery, we had a pleasant experience. The wait times to the see the doc. are always short. Facility is really nice. Dr. Deepika Reddy is very personable and patiently answers any and all questions/concerns you may have. She was also accessible out of hours which helped us greatly. Will be going back here for further needs.

Recently I visited this hospital. The hospital is maintained well with cleanliness and good ambiance. Both the doctors are excellent with good patience and hospitality. I don't know about services here, but the receptionist or the person who lifts the call is impatient, while answering the call she doesn't maintain professionalism, as we all know the receptionist is the face of any organisation, the hospital management should focus on recruiting a professional receptionist, otherwise you may not know how many customers you are losing.

This eye hospital at Alkapuri is very neat and clean, well decorated, air conditioned small eye hospital with a team of very helpful staff. Doctor available is also very friendly and takes prompt care for the patients visiting for treatment or eye sight check up. They have a small optical shop also attached to this hospital.
