Had a good experience with our first visit. Consulted Dr. Swetha Padma and she explained about the issue very well. Professional staff and timely response.

My father recently had cataract surgery at Dr. Agarwal’s Eye Hospital, and the care we received was truly exceptional. The entire team was professional, attentive, and supportive, making the experience seamless and reassuring. We’re especially thankful to Dr. Preethi, whose remarkable expertise and compassionate approach played a key role in my father’s successful recovery. His vision has improved significantly, and we’re sincerely grateful for her dedication and skill. A heartfelt thanks also goes to Rebecca, the insurance counsellor, for her excellent support. She made navigating the insurance process easy and stress-free, guiding us every step of the way with clarity and patience.

I got my Mothers cataract for both eye done at Dr.Agarwal’s Eye Hospital at Gachibowli. The overall process, execution, support from the hospital staff was really good. The counsellor Srilatha explained all the details with regards to the type of lens and options pretty well in detail. Dr. S Preethi was quite supportive and made my mother comfortable during the procedures, she being Tamil added to the comfort. The wow moment for me was when i was shown the procedure live with a detailed explanation of what was done including removal of Cataract, laying of the lens etc from the viewers gallery with a nurse Shivani assisting with the explanations. I had very seamless experience of the procedure and will recommend this hospital and Dr for anyone looking for doing this surgery. The only area of improvement i would say is, if the hospital can think about a token based system to manage the crowd on busy days, will help save on effort and time at all ends.

Fabulous service environment, prompt responses, cleanliness of the spaces and skilful Drs make the hospital A-one amongst the others.Macular hole surgery of my right eye and cataract surgery of both eyes was performed by Dr Shah Harshal Jaikumar . Dr Harshal did it very skilfully.

I did my mother’s cataract surgery here.. I was initially confused where to do her surgery and randomly went Dr Agarwal eye hospital. I would say I was lucky to have her operated here because few my friends parents has underwent twice for each eye in other hospitals. Had a great overall experience while getting cataract operated for my mother . Dr. Harshal counseled well by explaining full procedure to my mother reducing her anxiety about the process. He has a very competent pair of hands and surgery was done flawlessly. There were some very mild issues of irritation and swelling in one of the eyes but that went away in 2 days post regular usage of post surgery medication. Vision without lens has returned to 6/6. My mother can not only see distant objects clearly now but also the near ones. Hospital staff was also very cordial and patient. Overall patient movement is swift and you don't feel any discomfort during consultation, evaluation, diagnostic and surgery. Kudos to the team.
