The insurance process was very smooth and the billing team was very patient in following up with the insurance company to get the bills finalized. Visited this Hospital due to emergency, unfortunately Doctor is not available though I visited between the timings mentioned 10:00am to 8:30pm. The available staff didn’t even have a curtesy to ask about the problem and let me know when to visit back once Doctor is available. All 3 ladies were busy in Mobile Scrolling and were looking at each others face when asked when Doctor will be available? Request to revise timings as per Doctors availability or a person who can attend the injured person.
