We have been coming to this place from last so many years. Dr Srinivas is too kind , polite & excellent with his duty . We are okay to travel all the way from Banjara Hills to Uppal 👍 for the best services

Booked appointment online @10:30am.... executive asked me to visit an hour before the given time. Waited there for almost 1and hf hour just like that. Please don't waste people's time like this. Consultation is just Ok Ok... overall not a good experience.

I have taken appointment and when I visited to the hospital, no one is available and given appointment at 9 am for pre test and by 10 am doctor will take actual test. To my surprise doctor will come at 11:30 am itseems. Taking permission and coming is totally time waste. Even call center team is also not responding

Worst one is hospital reception response, not lifting the calls and we didn't get information whether is available or not.There is no proper contact details. Doctors advice and treatment was good

I'm very disappointed by their services becoz in this hospital the staff was not behave properly speaks rude and overacting it's starts from the reception there is a women in the reception says not talk on the phone and leaving the footwear outside and sit quietly she was not understand it's the hospital not the library needs to change the hospital atmosphere then it could be better but the doctor was good only for him we visited else never.

Very good experience but we booked for consultation at 9:30-10.00 am but no doctors available. Doctors available after 11:00 am only.

I have came here for thr eye check-up and they treat me well! Good staff
