Well heads up! Doctors are good they treat better and coming on a main point ( Staff, Reception & Counselling must need to get fixed right away, who ever is handling trust of this hospital mark my word you will have to deal a lot, if i raise complain against this hospital! please educate them him/her.

Recently visited the hospital for my mother ,no proper organization, management and staff is very rude .Even to elderly people they behave rudely and keep you waiting for hours

Security personals at Gate - worst Staff( Desk and nurses). - Patient and knowledgeable Doctors - well equipped and professional. Management/crowd control - Not upto the Mark. I would say this is one of the best eye hospitals in Old City. I have got my Mom's and grand mom operated here for cataract. I found it very satisfactory.( I went for Paid treatment) It takes a lot of time due to a little mismanagement by staff. But the doctors and treatment is very good. I would make a special mention of Mr. Mahesh and Dr. Seema Khanna. I have consulted them for many of my relatives and they all find them very good. This hospital provides good quality free service for the Aryoug shree Card holders. Come early and be patient. End of the day you will be satisfied with the service.

Worst experience....no contact facilities, no advance appointment..they make uh wait for more than 4 hours...staff very rude..but doctors are experienced

Worst service I have ever seen. Staff doesn't respond properly at all. Receptionist don't even knows when will Doctors come to hospital. Doctors are never on time and making patients to wait for more than 2 hours. Same thing happened for 3 days.

Worst management, people with recommendations come and go while you keep waiting for your consultation for hours together. No organised process for consultations. Needs lot of improvement.

Worst Hospital Staff and Doctor's service. Patient's Time waste If emergency.. Patient's asking To staff For Appointment but Staff Say waiting waiting and waiting.. I came to hospital 9.40 am Hospital take a time 5 hours+again waiting for a doctor......
