Best Eye hospital in the world 🌍. They will take care of every thing . If you are 60+ years old & you don’t have guardian, they will take care of everything with support . The way they decorated with indoor plants 🪴 are beautiful. They are maintenance also great . HOWEVER this is old hospital , but it has great ambiance . If you want your convenient date of appointment, you have to wait 1 or 2 month of time for schedule appointments.

I am very happy & satisfied with the diagnosis of the my mother's eye in glaucoma department. The staff of the hospital are very helpful , polite and well mannered. Dr Siddharth who is specialist in glaucoma very professional and did the laser treatment with ease. I loved the way he handled it. Thank you so much for your support.

Doctors are good is why I had visited this hospital. But the management is so bad. Its mostly waiting and less actual work. Had to wait for 2 hrs in waiting hall for BP check, Blood tests, and ECG. The whole process took another 2 hrs. One room for each check and that too one technician. Very slow process. Overall it took me 5 hrs only for blood tests and surgery counselling. They don’t even tell which blood tests are to be done, or else we can do it from outside which saves time and money. Same is the case with many others whom I had interacted with during the process. Poor management

This is one of the biggest eye hospitals of India. It is huge and accommodate many patients in one time. They are whole flurry of staffs who help you complete the process. If you have whole day then please visit her as it is going to take some time to finish the process. The doctors looked relatively young. The canteen was a good they served a good food in lesser price. The parking facility is also good. Over all a good experience.

The fees were very economical at ₹500 per patient, and the wait time was manageable. The facilities were clean and well-maintained. A bonus was the delicious and affordable South Indian food in the canteen - a perfect comfort for out-of-town patients like us! I would still rate the hospital 5 stars for quality of doctors and treatment. But they definitely need to think about the patient waiting time. Interestingly they mention that if you are late by more than an hour the appointment gets automatically cancelled but after you checkin you might have to wait for hours before your name gets called for the doctor's consultant. Some of the support staffs throw a lot of tantrum and attitude if you have a question. First of all whoever is here is already into a lot of stress and getting weird looks and random words from the support staff(non-clinical) is the last thing any one would want.
