These guys are frauds.. they don’t even know the real purpose of ortho-k lenses.. they are boasting that they prescribe ortho-k to IPS and other police or airforce aspirants, so that they can cheat the medical tests.. I asked for the lenses for myopia management for my teenager, which is one of the main purpose, to prevent the progression of the refractive error.. doc was so dumb she says teenagers shouldn’t use these and said the main purpose is “TO CHEAT THE MEDICAL TESTS”

WHY DO YOU HAVE THE CONCEPT OF APPOINTMENTS? What a horrible experience with the wait time! My Appointment was scheduled at 11:30. I was here by 11:20. I am still in the waiting room . It is 2:30 pm . Why do you schedule appointments when u have to make people wait for 3+hrs. Please respect patients and attendants time. We have other work to do and thats why we schedule appointments. This is very disappointing!

Worst experience, I have taken my father for a checkup, no clarity on how to check up patience. Waiting time is too long even after an appointment. After all the check up they sent for scanning because they have no clarity on what to do. After the initial check up, I waited for 2 hours and went inside for the final check up for my father. The doctor said "You didn't do a scan! I will understand after the scanning is done for the eye, Please go to the 2nd floor to do the scanning and again come up" If that is the case they should have informed to do scan and wait for final check up but no one informed. Very bad experience. No proper organisation. Waste of time and money

State of the art equipment to test eyes accurately. If you make appointment in advance then you need to pay just ₹350/- else ₹400/- fee is taken. The regular check up takes 2 to 3 hours and you eyes will be diluted and you will feel harsh light around you for 3 to 4 hours. It is not so spacious as the main branch but has good Aircondioned waiting areas on each floor. The negative side is it lacks any cafeteria, long waiting and long testing steps certainly need tea/coffee. Highly recommended eye testing clinic.

Came for submitting spectacles in optical shop. Security at parking was rude, he was saying not to park here and go park somewhere else in opposite road and come. I told him its a 10min work only and I am parking without causing inconvenience to other vehicle on road but still he didn't allow. First of all waiting times itself take hrs and hrs even after appointment and these kind of rude staff is another big reason NOT to visit this hospital anymore. I have shifted to another hospital which has humble staff, less waiting time with proper appointment system and there are 'N' other optical shop choices available for me. So its your business loss and not my loss.

The appointment was for 12:50. Its already 1500 and still waiting to see the doctor. The appointment system has been turned to a joke here. The staff is unresponsive too about estimating the time needed. Better to go to a better practice than to stay here and have a frustrating experience.

There is no usage of appointment Waiting time is more I had an appointment at 8am and came out at 3pm Hospitality was good and the staff was careless and they will hesitate to answer your doubts
