I would have given negative stars if possible. Worst experience with this hosp. The lady at the reception yelled at us stating why did you come 30 mins late when your appointment is at 12:20. I said the schools just finished by 12:30 and I got kid directly here even without changing his dress. They first took the consultation fees and asked us to wait. We waited for 1 hour with no one to care. The assistant or the helper who stands at the door and stops the patient's feels as if he is the main doctor and speaks without respect. If you are looking for a good hospital which respects your time and patience, please do not choose this hospital. It's a pathetic experience. I walked out of the hospital without consulting the doctor. BTW, it's not a free service to treat patients this way, I don't want to pay and get treated like this. I told them multiple times that the kid is hungry and have to get back home. If you value your time, do not visit this hosp. You will first be yelled by the receptionist, then by the door keeper, then you will be consulted by an Intern who takes away your 15 mins and then the doctor if he or she is still waiting for you without going for their lunch. Got a call at 3 asking have I not come for the consultation. When I said I waited there for 1 hour and came back home, they sent me the bill with a note stating - went home and wants to come later. Management discussed with the patient. Pathetic management, no one discussed with me about anything and no one knows why I was there. This hosp can survive only until they have a good doctor.. once that doc moves out, it runs out of patients. Hospital management is a joke.

Clean and clam premises. Waiting period is 2 to 3 hours. Dinning room is available on the roof. You can carry your tiffin. They also provide meal 100 Rs. per plate. Food is hygiene.

L V Prasad Eye Institutes are the best in the country facilities for Eye treatment. Their philanthropy and excellence go hand in hand. Visited this branch recently. Very new facility. Super clean. I liked the way nature was given preference over concrete structures. Trees were left to grow. 👏🏻 Well organised. New staff. Significantly lesser waiting period for appointments and procedures. Billing staff, counselling staff are very supportive. Even eye testing assistants are also well trained for the job. Doctors are for sure best you can get. Equipment is state of the art german machines. Undoubtedly the best. Would recommend this place over other branches within the city. Parking 🅿️ is also great. Canteen facility isn’t available yet. It’s good to visit considering that.

Here very tough to get the early appointments, if you are looking urgently so just drop email to them on their appointment e-mail, they will surely help you in this regard. Now they have multiple branches in Hyderabad it self, i am giving the feedback for the Kismatpur one, this is newly constructed and if you are not appointment so you must try here. They have limited parking because they are giving the appointments as per the infrastructure and which is good. As a CGHS benificery, I visited this place . Unfortunately, I have denied the treatment and told that this hospital does not provide treatment to CGHS benificery. The CGHS benificery has to go to their banjara hill branch .

One of the worst service from staff. Particularly mis behaviour from Mr. Praveen Kumar supervisor of LV Prasad hospital kismat pur . No cold drink water Patients waiting area A/C not working in this summer season . when ask for supervisor regarding A/C& Cold drink water and patient care supervisor Mr. Praveen Kumar is scolding patients and shouting on patient Not to come hospital kismat pur next time. I have all his audio recordings. No cooperation from staff Aggressive behaviour from staff. Giving appointment to patients at 10am. And treatment done at 3 pm. I request chair man of LV Prasad hospitals please take a note. And take necessary action against supervisor Mr. Praveen Kumar and security staff. Thank you so much
