My spouse took his reading glasses , to the local store for repair ,one of the lenses had dislodged from the frame due to a loose screw. A young sales associate named Rama Chandra provided great customer service to my spouse an elderly gentleman. The employee not only replaced the screw, and placed the lenses back and also cleaned the glasses before handing over. Such graceful customer service is what sets a great company apart. The reputation that Lawrence & Mayo enjoys !!!
