the glasses are perfect size with the magic scale and face scan does not work for glasses size, and this app hangs a lot crashes a lot, but the delivery was quick I ordered it at night and got it delivered by afternoon,and the glasses had plasticity rubber type strong coating, although very strong glasses, it should add a feature to scan the face shape and show frames dedicated to the face shape that's my review 😀 4/5 nice go for it, value for money

He was extremely courteous, knowledgeable, and attentive to my needs. worst people not helpful manager ismail is the worst candidate lenskart can do better, I suggest to avoid Malakpet lenskart it's toxic
It was such a great experience with them...... Got very good & quick service
The store is very good. The representatives are also very good. But they have been facing issue of AC and they have been suffering from 4 days even after ticket was raised. I understand ticket was raised but still that's a concern for the employees. We as customers would be just there for 1 hour maybe but they have their shift to work and that disheartened me. I would request lenskart team to resolve their issue ASAP. Parking space is also not much. Rest all everything was perfect. They also have wide range of spectacles to try on.
Store experience is excellent and staff personnel rajitha and rubina are addressing the customers well.
