One star is for the behaviour of Mr. Rakesh, sales person who handled very impolitely. He was not interested to serve us as we went for a insurance claim for the damaged product. But I would rate 5 star ⭐ for Mr. Jaffar and Ms. Pavana who was extremely professional and handled us at utmost respect and made us to purchase again by claiming the insurance and clearing it immediately. Mr. Rakesh made us feel bad by ignoring and asking us to come the next day. And he even said that he is busy and he ignored to the core. But appreciate the behaviour of Jaffar and pavana
