The service is not good at all. They told me they would deliver within 24 hours with 90% certainty, but they took an extra day. Even then, I didn’t receive both my specs; they only gave me one. They said they would deliver the other one after another two days. Additionally, one of their service personnel told me that I would receive a gift with my order because of the delay. However, when I asked for the gift, he said, "I only said that because you were angry at the time, but I won't actually give it." Now tell me, is this the right way to treat a customer? Very disappointed with the service.

They do not value old customers. Do not know how to change the nose pad or tighten the screw. Waste of time to visit this branch.

Terrific staff at this location. All of them stayed back 30 mins beyond closing hours to help me complete the purchase. Highly recommend this location.
