However, I face an issue with the eye test, as I have to get it done every time and obtain a prescription from a doctor separately. Lenskart team, this is my request—if possible, please arrange for a doctor at the store to ensure better accuracy and provide the correct advice.
Sales person whose name is pradeep he's such a waste guy he broke my lens , and he's behaving worst while asking about that he was not explained about breakage of lens, he don't know how to behave with the customers this not the behaviour we have expected from your side, it's better to improve his behaviour with the customers
I wanted to buy the below frame given in the image but the size was limited only -3.0 mine was 3.5 Prices are high compared to outside Customer service was excellent.
