Very bad experience worst staff waste of money & time , staff is least bothered, for a small surgery of 15 min we waited for 5 hours I'll never recommend anyone to visit this Hospital

Shifting to a new premises seems very spacious, comfortable sitting arrangement equipped with necessary facilities. Dr. Faisal is blessed with a hand of complete recovery 'Shifa'. Very experienced, gentle and patient friendly approach. Jazak Allah Khair.

Totally waste of money I suggest do not go this clinic staff and dr also rude talk and you have to wait at least 2/3 hours after getting appointment very bad experience

Worst time management by the staff. Doctor is quite experienced and to see him for 5 minutes you have to wait for more than 4 hours...... Medical and opticals are way much much expensive compare to other optical shops... They called for pre registration and again after that you have to make an entry kind of queue to register yourself after which you wait for 4 hours..

Don't waste your time and money.. go to other hospitals who cares patience time . Every one need to wait atleast 2-3 hours minimum. And for the sake of prayer he skip almost one hour, and people are just waiting blindly.. and they charges more than other hospitals.. if you have full day free and if you are ok to sit ideal for 3-4 hours Max and if you are ok to pay 400 which is more compare to other reputed eye hospital then please go.

Unfortunately very bad service. after scheduling appointment . patience have to prove patience to get consulting with doctor. its my Humble advice kindly value others time and efforts. just do not ask other to wait for Hours after they come on time. its to irresponsible and unethical practice.

Worst service.. I don't know why they schedule appointment when patient has to wait for 2-3 hours after coming on scheduled time.

To be frank Today i came to hospital at 3:10 pm and now its 6:28 and still waiting , I accept doctor is good but there services are worst, No parking for car and you have to wait 3 to 4 hours to consult a doctor, This is my third time
