Here's a sample review for I recently visited neo vison eye care for my eye problem and was thoroughly impressed with the service and care I received. From the moment I walked in, the staff were friendly and professional, making me feel at ease. The facilities were modern and clean, and the doctor Balakrishna were highly knowledgeable and experienced. They took the time to explain my condition and treatment options in a clear and concise manner. I was particularly impressed with Dr. Balakrishna who went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. Overall, I would highly recommend anyone seeking eye care. Very bad staff. Very rude. Behave as if patient can’t survive without them. We came for a follow up. Made us wait for good 5-10min took the consultation fee. And said it would take 1 and half hour for the doctor to complete the surgery and be available. We informed the staff we would come back at the same time. We came back after one and half hour went out just to kill the time. And the staff informs us doctor had left. We were there from 3pm and we got back 4:30 and they say doctor had left please wait till 6. I mean they didn’t inform the doctor or care to call us as soon as the doctor was available. While asking why weren’t either of us were informed they say you guys came late and were blaming us. We were there at the they informed us. Didn’t apologise and when asked for the refund for the consultation fee the staff at the reception was speaking as if u have no choice u are going to come back why do you need the refund. And then later gave us the amount. We come from a far place made us wait for 2 hours just to say doctor had left and wanted us to wait for more 1 and half a hour. Very rude very careless.

I have been going to Neo Vision for over 35 years The care equipment and staff are impeccable For all who have reviewed based on long wait times, In medical professions times can vary and wait times can vary as we are dealing with human side of things The business has gone through a very difficult time with passing of Dr Ramana and in my opinion Dr Praneeth has done a fantastic job in filling in the big shoes I don’t believe there has been any difference on quality of care as a matter of fact the service has improved

I had my left eye cataract was done here by Dr praneet, no doubt he is exceptionally very professional and treat with utmost ease and care ,at the beginning I was very skeptical and nervous about surgery since it was already a hypermature cataract but dr.praneet handled in a very ease manner I didn't even understand when it started and ended it was totally painless I personally recommend this hospital to everyone

Hosptial and doctor is too good. And i am undergoing Lasik surgery. Doctor will clear all doubts and explain you everything. There was some misunderstanding but doctor cleared everything and my whole family get there eye checkup at Neo vision only.
