I purchased the OnePlus Nord 2 expecting a high-quality smartphone, but I am extremely disappointed with both the product and the service. Within a short time, my phone developed display line issues, making it nearly unusable. When I approached the authorized service center, they outright refused to repair it, despite it being a clear manufacturing defect. This is completely unacceptable from a brand that claims to offer premium service. The refusal to honor the warranty shows a complete lack of responsibility toward customers. I spent my hard-earned money expecting reliability, but instead, I got poor product quality and even worse customer service. My Experience with OnePlus Service: Poor Build Quality – The display failed without any physical damage. Terrible After-Sales Support – The service center refused to repair or replace the device, offering no real solution. Lack of Customer Care – No proper response or resolution from OnePlus support. I strongly DO NOT recommend buying the OnePlus Nord 2. If this is how OnePlus treats its customers, I will never buy their products again and will advise others to stay away. Buyers beware – once you face an issue, OnePlus will leave you helpless! Rating: 0/5

Very much disappointed with the service. Initially I reached out to the service centre over a call, to check about the availability of the OnePlus 12 display & I was told that they don't have it in stock. When I went to the service centre directly after a day, they said they had been in stock for a long time. After the repair, my main camera stopped working & I realised it after a while. After reaching out to the service centre regarding the issue, the response from the team is inappropriate. They made me wait for more than an hour & after multiple reminders, they came back and said that I have to pay an estimated price of 5000/- for camera repair & the camera is not working because of my mistake. They are so kind-hearted, they are ready to give an exception in service charges. They confirmed that there's no physical damage & yet it is my mistake for the camera issue. And the person is changing the words very easily & not giving proper information, not even a single proper answer to my questions. His every response sounded just as he is following some script provided. I've been there in the service centre for more than an hour & I've almost seen 5 disappointed customers with the service & the behaviour of the team. I wish there was something less than 1 star. I've been a OnePlus user since 2017 & used multiple versions of OnePlus phones and never experienced such issues before.

Fast service & prompt response from the front office team, Interiors are grand, Service centre is in 2'nd floor, Clean washroom. 👉They even offer Tea/coffee ☕ to Customers👍.

Service is good, but people are too slow. Please provide basic amenities like washroom access, water, coffee, or tea for customers as people wait hours to get things repaired. Please ask the security to be polite at the door.

Whenever I am calling the service centre, it is saying as busy. How is that possible the helpline number is always busy. This is I am trying couple of days now. This is happening for all the three exclusive service centres located in Himayatnagar, Banjara Hills & High Tech City. These numbers I have received from the High Tech City service centre itself. If this is the case, how will a customer contact & check for service. Not expected from a brand like this. The company is proving that it has lost its reputation. Truly unacceptable.

Worst service and behaviour in my life … I purchased one plus neckband .. which after 6months not working .. so I came to service center to check it or replace it .. but after entering into service center security guard is asking to show the bill and warranty and after showing the documents .. he is checking the neckband … by making me standing near the entrance and not given the token also … saying small cut which is negligible and said not replacable and token also not given .. and some other technician came and said please check in oneplus web site for rules like that .. 1. WHY THE SECURITY GUARD IS CHECKING ALL .. is ONE PLUS HIRING TECHNICIAN AS SECURITY GUARD OR SECURITY GUARD IS A TECHNICIAN ? 2. BASIC SENSE OF GIVING RESPECT TO CUSTOMER ALSO NOT THERE ? 3. TECHNICIAN ALSO CARELESS in behaviour .. because it’s is not his company right … because of this kind of waste technicians only ONE PLUS IS GETTING NAMED as WORST SERVICE nowadays .. I hope ONE PLUS TAKE THIS INTO CONSIDERATION AND TEACH SOME BASIC MANNERS AND SENSE TO THE TECHNICIAN AND SECURITY GUARD and IT IS BETTER IF SECURITY GUARD DO HIS JOB AND TECHNICIAN HIS OWN DUTIES NOT TO INTERFERE IN OTHER AND OVERLAP .. I had the worst experience with the service center. I bought the OnePlus 13R on January 23, 2025. After two months, I noticed that the phone was not charging fast. I visited the service center multiple times, and they kept insisting that the cable was fine. However, the SuperVOOC charging indicator was not showing on my phone. I even showed them proof, but they refused to acknowledge the issue and didn’t provide any proper resolution and not only that company gave me damaged cable.

ISSUE NOT RESOLVED! PRODUCT NOT COLLECTED! I submitted my headphones for replacement as they keep disconnecting. I received no update from the team about the status of the product or the replacement. After 10 days, when I visited the service center, the team simply returned the product saying no issue was found and marked the ticket closed and collected without my consent. I DID NOT COLLECT ANY PRODUCT FROM THE TEAM, IT IS WITH THE STORE MANAGER ITSELF IN THE CABIN. The OnePlus team seriously need to look into this matter with utmost priority. Attached photo for the reference from the one plus store itself.
