I really really disappointed with services they are giving because they are charging too much for medicine like mrp rates, we all know that medicine will get in low rates not exactly with MRP. I can tell one funny thing that it does not having any power backup, when I am here in hospital suddenly power goes off and they are telling that I do have backup but I don't trust it as I have taken pictures too.

Oh, where do I even begin with my visit to the eye hospital? If there’s an award for the most frustrating reception experience, I’m pretty sure this place would take the gold medal. Calling multiple times just to get a simple answer felt like I was participating in some sort of twisted game show where the prize was… absolutely nothing The staff at the reception must be training for a marathon of inefficiency. I mean, who needs timely responses when you can have a delightful game of phone tag? It’s almost impressive how they manage to keep patients waiting with such dedication Now, let’s talk about the doctor. What a breath of fresh air! They were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and seemed genuinely concerned about my eye issue. It was almost shocking to find a glimmer of professionalism in this sea of chaos. Kudos to them for rising above the madness In summary, if you enjoy long waits, unanswered calls, and a reception team that could use a lesson in basic customer service, then this is the place for you! But if you prefer a smoother experience, you might want to look elsewhere.

Very happy with the overall experience at Spashta Eye care.. People here are so humble and very approachable. Price wise, I felt very reasonable that too with best in quality glasses and frames.

My father had cataract surgery here for both eyes... It went very well. Doctors are very good and patient enough to understand and explain the details. Friendly and helpful staff make things very organized. Located on the main road which makes this place easily reachable. Great ambiance as well!!

My father was suffering from continuous water flow from his eyes and also they were reddish, yelloish etc., we consulted Spashta Eye hospital which is nearby to us. Almost in 2 weeks the condition which was worse for many months came to normal. I would highly recommend visiting here for any eye related issues, the doctors here are well experienced and you would not see staff being so kind and responsive in any other hospital AFAIK ... We visited this hospital recently for my grandmother surgery, the hospital ambiance and staff explanation way is very good, I visited once in a morning for consultation at that time Dr Nasreen is there she was explaining everything and proposed a surgery, again evening session I visited for confirmation and scheduling the dates, Dr Radha is there she scheduled and done surgery after the 3 days, My experience is painless treatment here i got, I completely satisfied what they are providing the services.
