One of the worst customer service this branch has. I had an issue with the invoice that I received and not even the cluster head was able to give a resolution to it. And they are non-responsive to the customers.

The suitable name for this company is "SCAM MAKERS" not Specsmakers ,they gives 1 year guarantee (by double the price) in the time of purchasing that is complete replacement of spectacles, in any type of physical damage without any terms and conditions - but provided only repair that's also after argument only .don't do fraud by providing this stupid schemes 😡

Fake promise, big liers... they sold specs with 1 year warranty but did not honored the replacement after 6 months of purchase, pls avoid specsmakers

Avoid Specs Makers – False Promises & Terrible Customer Service! I purchased spectacles from Specs Makers Dilsukhnagar showroom in July after being explicitly assured by the sales staff and then-manager that any lens damage within one year would be covered under replacement. Unfortunately, when I recently noticed a scratch on my lens and visited the store, the same staff completely denied their promise, claiming that their policy had changed. Even after escalating the issue, their customer service team kept giving misleading responses and refused to honor the original commitment. Despite multiple follow-ups, they stopped responding entirely. This is a clear case of deceptive business practices, where they lure customers with false promises and later refuse to take responsibility. If you’re considering buying from Specs Makers, beware of their misleading sales tactics and lack of accountability! The store ambience is good. Polite & friendly staff. The collection of Clip-on is very small with the company.
